Howdy Folks!

Today we've got our tasty Red Chili and my personal favorite (so far!), Pumpkin Curry.  For muffins we have a Buttermilk Ranch and a Feta muffin, as well as our signature Cornbread.  Since the gang at the front desk is all here, we'll take the next few days to tell you a bit about ourselves. 

I'm Dan, originally from Tampa, Florida, but I'm going to school at Florida State University, so you know I'm a big college football fan!  After this summer at the Baldpate, I'll be going into my senior year studying Hospitality Administration, which I plan on using to get into the hotel industry.  Being the only Florida boy on staff, spending the summer in the mountains is a huge change of pace, I even saw snow fall for the first time on my first day in Estes Park!  I've only been here for two weeks, but the Baldpate already feels like home and I can't wait to see what the rest of the summer has in store.

It looks like it is going to be a beautiful Wednesday. Stop by over at the Baldpate Inn and enjoy a bowl of our White Chili or our delicious Broccoli and Cheese. But don’t fill up with just our soups. Try our Blueberry or Gina’s Trail Mix muffins, and of course you cannot forget about our cornbread. Our cooks are busy making some Red Chili and Cream of Mushroom soup! The Cranberry Nut and Green Onion Cream Cheese muffins look amazing and smell even better! We're also serving up some of our famous cornbread so make your Tuesday a little more exciting and come to the Baldpate!

Memorial Day

Happy Memorial Day to all! Hope you all have a safe and fun day. While you are out and about why don't you come up to the Baldpate Inn and enjoy some Buffalo Stew or Tomato Rice. While you are here stay for some muffins which are Chocolate Mystery, Triple Cheese and out world-famous cornbread.



Hope that everyone enjoys Memorial Day and that the enchantment at the Baldpate Inn continues.

It's a bit cool and breezy up here at the Baldpate today, how does some tasty soup to warm you up?  We're serving a hearty Red Chili and a Corn Chowder today, so that'll surely hit just the right spot.

And after you've had your fill of our world famous pies, make sure to stop by Estes Park for the Arts Festival in Bond Park.

Opening Day!

Opening day is finally here! We're starting off the season with some yummy Cowboy Buffalo stew and Garden Vegetable soup. Come stop by and see the new staff while you try some Buttermilk Bran and Lemon Ginger muffins! We are excited to meet you!

We're Back!

Howdy Folks!




The interns are arriving at the Baldpate and gearing up for another enchanted summer! We'll be updating you on everything from special events to the soup of the day. Stay tuned to learn more about the interns, Inn and other exciting news!



So far we've seen all kinds of crazy weather, for some interns it's their first time seeing snow! The cooks are learning their way around the Baldpate kitchen and practicing whipping up all sorts of tasty treats for you to enjoy. We open on May 25 and we can't wait to see you!
