The snow yesterday placed a thick-white blanket on our surroundings-hope everyone was able to stay warm while watching the tiny flakes swirl around. Make sure you take a moment to capture the beauty of the day today! Yesterday Emily and I went for a walk around Lily Lake-before heading back inside we made snow angels!
White Chili (after many odd looks and silly comments-it has become a permanent part menu) and Cream of Mushroom are the soups our lovely chefs are busily back in the kitchen preparing for your arrival today. Make sure you try a slice-or share one-of our mouth-watering Baldpate Corn Bread or our homemade Honey Wheat Bread. Our sweet muffins for the day are Jenn's Zucchini Nut and Blueberry. Remember to save room for a piece of our scrumptious homemade pie! Cherry-Rhubarb and Chocolate are some of my favorites.
