We had a beautiful evening up here yesterday after the rains cleared out and it looks like it could shape up to be a whole lot of the same today with a touch of rain in the forecast. There's no better way that I would like to spend a rainy day than bundled up with unlimited soup! Today's menu features Cowboy Buffalo Stew and Tomato Rice soup with our Green Onion Cream Cheese and Chocolate Mystery Muffins. If you can guess the secret ingredient you will get a big fat congratulations from one of our staff members!
