A huge thank you to Topher Kittilson! His presentation last night was fantastic, entertaining, and very informative. Who knew you could learn about 2000 years of history in little more than an hour? We had our largest audience of the season last night!
While we don't have anything nearly as exciting as last night's presentation scheduled for today, it is still a wonderful day to enjoy homemade soups, salads, muffins, and pie. The aspens at The Baldpate Inn are just starting to change colors and look beautiful: a great pairing with our buffet.
Today we are serving Beef Stew and Broccoli Cheese soups with Green Onion Cream Cheese and Oatmeal Blues muffins.
