July 8th-Soups & Muffins

Good Morning!

What a wonderful sight to see last night after the wonderful rain decided to take a break-a double rainbow to the north of The Baldpate Inn. One was very vibrant while the other subtly displayed its colors.

The Estes Park Rooftop Rodeo-its 82nd year-starts today and runs through the 13th starting every night at 7:30 rain or shine! What better way to start it off then with a bowl of Cowboy Buffalo Stew or Tomato Rice (vegetarian)-our soups the chefs are busy in the kitchen preparing. Don't forget to accompany either soup with a slice of our Honey Wheat Bread or for our Baldpate Corn Bread lovers-it's on the menu today! Also on the menu are our Peanut Butter Muffins as well as our Oatmeal Blues-my favorite!

Our specialty salads being featured today are: Apple Apricot, Broccoli Tomato Mushroom & Keenly Peach Creme. After enjoying our buffet options today stay a little while longer to please your tastebuds further with a slice of homemade pie-with or without ice cream you cannot go wrong!

Today the hummingbirds are already dancing across the vast blue sky before settling down on one of our five feeders and the sun is sending down its warmth upon us!
