Brrrrrrr.....it's kind of cold out this morning! However, that has not stopped the wildlife from gracing us with their presence: the hummingbirds are busy dancing around the feeders, scampering about are the chipmunks trying to see how much they can stuff into their cheeks, and a rabbit was hopping across the driveway! Long's Peak looked breathtaking freshly covered in snow! Yesterday Adrian and I drove up into Rocky Mountain National Park to enjoy the majestic snowed covered mountain views!

Our fine chefs are busy in the kitchen preparing Beef Stew and Broccoli Cheese (vegetarian) today! Try a slice of homemade Honey Wheat Bread along side either soup. Today we have three tasty muffins: Buttermilk Bran, Pumpkin Raisin, and Tropical Paradise! Classic Tuna, Apple Apricot, and Raspberry Delight are the specialty salads are lovely staff has made to tickle your tastebuds!
