Colors Of The Rainbow...

Good Morning!

I hope you were all able to witness the majestic double rainbow that graced us with its presence in-between rains yesterday! It was very vibrant and only added to the already breathtaking views we observe every day here at The Baldpate Inn! This morning the sun is playing peek-a-boo with us-using the clouds as its hiding place. The Apsen leaves continue to change as snow maintains its modest blanket on Longs Peak!

Come fill up a soup bowl or two with Cowboy Buffalo Stew or Broccoli Cheese Soup-our lovely chefs are busy preparing both back in the kitchen to tease your tastbuds! Don't forget to grab a slice of our homemade Honey Wheat Bread or our mouth-watering Baldpate Corn Bread! Our tantalizing Zucchini Nut Muffins (one of Jenn's favorites) and Blueberry Muffins are coming fresh out of the oven today for your dining pleasure! Remember to save room for a piece of pie! I recommend cherry-rhubard-chocolate!

Today we said goodbye to two more of our Baldpate Family-Luma and Ruben-as they too must go back home to continue their educations. We wish them the best of luck wherever life takes them and whatever it decides to toss their way!
