Good Morning!

I hope each and every one of you have been able to make it out sometime during the evening to look up at the vastness of the night sky with all the stars elegantly shining-it's a wonderful sight to see! We are having a beautiful day yet again here at The Baldpate Inn-the sun is gently kissing the leaves of the Apsen trees that the cool mountain breeze has sent into a ballet as chipmunks overtake the birdfeeder under a cloudless blue sky!

Come fill a bowl or two with either Cowboy Buffalo Stew or Pumpkin Curry (remember the dollop of fresh whipped topping)-maybe both! Our lovely chefs are busy preparing them back in the kitchen! I recommend a slice of our homemade Honey Wheat Bread with either soup! However-don't worry-if you are a lover of our mouth-watering Baldpate Corn Bread-we are serving it today as well! The two scrumptious muffins we are serving on our specialty Soup & Salad Buffet are: Zucchini Nut (one of Jenn's favorites) along with Green Onion Cream Cheese! Raspberry Delight, Texas Jicama and Orange Cinnamon Apple happen to be the three specialty salads our fine staff has prepared for your dining enjoyment! Too full for pie? Don't worry-you can take it to go!
