I hope you were all able to enjoy the snow that blanketed us yesterday! Scott, Laura and I built a snowman and took a nice refreshing walk around Lily Lake. Take a step outside to enjoy the cool-crisp mountain air while sipping on a nice warm cup brimming with coffee or hot chocolate. While the sun might not be out today to warm your soul-you can still do so by joining us for a bowl or two of one of our tantalizing soups.
Cowboy Buffalo Stew (I promise-it's only bison meat not cowboys) along with Broccoli Cheese are the soups our lovely chef our back in the kitchen busily preparing for your arrival! Try a slice of homemade Honey Wheat Bread or if you're in the mood for our mouth-watering Baldpate Corn Bread you're in luck as we will also be serving it today. Jenn's Nutty Zucchini Muffins (a staff favorite) are being featured today as well as our savory Onion Garlic Muffins. Be sure to try our specialty salads the staff prepared! Too full for pie?! No problem-you are always more than welcome to take it home with you! Cherry-rhubarb and chocolate are some of my favorites.
