Good Morning Everyone!

I'm certainly excited for the weather this afternoon!  Highs in the low 80's are in the forecast today will make it feel like the middle of July again here in the Estes Valley.  While it's been chilly in the evenings, the afternoons have still been quite mild and it makes it hard to believe we're almost halfway through September.
