It is absolutely stunning outside today and I am jealous of all you fine folks who get to enjoy this beautiful day. This morning I sat on the porch and enjoyed the nice breeze which complimented the warm weather perfectly, it was so relaxing! Yesterday we had a packed house for Scott Rashid's hummingbird series. It was amazing to be able to see the hummingbirds that close up and I learned so much about what makes these elegant creatures so unique. If you missed out, don't worry, there will be another seminar with Mr. Rashid on July 10th. Speaking of July don't forget to make dinning reservations with us to celebrate our country's birthday on July 4th. There's nothing better then good friends great homemade food and a panoramic view of the beautiful state of Colorado.
If you cant wait that long have no fear, we have some delicious soups and salads today that will tide you over. Ours soups today are White Chili and Corn Chowder(my favorite) which pairs perfectly with our Feta Pepper and Lemon Ginger muffins.
