Good Morning from The Baldpate Inn!

It’s shaping up to be a spectacular day here in Estes Park. The sun is out and the chance of rain is minimal! Our wonderful Chefs are in back preparing a feast and it smells amazing! Our soups today are White Chili (featured in The Baldpate Collections book) and Tomato Rice. Today’s muffins are Oatmeal Blues and Green Onion and Cream Cheese.

The rumor going around for tomorrow is that we are serving Beef Stew and Pumpkin Curry.
