Summer Enchanted Evenings!

Hey yall!

It looks like a beautiful day here at The Baldpate the sun is shining through the valley and the weather seems perfect for a hike! Yesterday I went for a walk around Lake Lilly and saw a beaver! I've never seen one before and it was so pretty. It amazes me to see all this wildlife throughout Estes especially downtown! Speaking of amazing if you would like something fun and exciting to do tonight you should come to The Baldpates "Summer Enchanted Evening" tonight!Join Alicia Mittelman, Curator of Education at the Estes Park Museum for a presentation entitled "Fun & Games: How We Enjoyed Estes Park" at 7 pm Wednesday, August 28 at the Baldpate Inn.  Mittelman will share photographs from the Museum's collection and describe the various ways guests recreated and relaxed in the Estes valley for more than a century! This enthralling presentation will be sure to leave you with some great ideas for the future. Don't forget about our lunch and dinner being served today from 11:30a.m. to 8p.m. you could make a night out of it by having dinner before the presentation! Today are soups are Red Chili and Pumpkin Curry with its homemade whipped topping, yummy! I hope to see you all here tonight, Ill be the girl with more whipped topping in her bowl then soup:)
