Good Morning Estes Park!

What a terrific Tuesday we have getting started out here at the Baldpate. The sun is shining over Lily Mountain and the hummingbirds are all-a-twitter as they chatter around their feeders for all our guests to see. I can smell fresh baked breads and pies being prepared in the kitchen by our cooks, and our servers hum along to their favorite tunes being played in our dining room. All things considered, we have so many things to be thankful for as we spend another day in beautiful Estes Park.

One thing that I am especially thankful for is good food, like today's soups and muffins. On the menu for the day is our Red Chili and our Potato Leek soups, along with our Chocolate Mystery and Lemon Blueberry Muffins. Yummy! Also I can't forget about our famous pies, made fresh daily!

Just to remind everyone, we are gearing up for our very first performance of "The Seven Keys to Baldpate." If you haven't gotten tickets yet, I urge you to do so as soon as possible; this is one you won't want to miss! Seven strangers all go to a closed resort in the middle of winter believing that they alone have the only key to Baldpate. What ensues is a melodrama farce that will leave you wondering "what next?" and laughing out loud as the characters spin a web of mystery and entertainment! Give us a call at 970-586-keys in order to reserve a spot for you and yours on opening night, July 17th. Tickets are $15 or $12 with a dinner reservation.

On the menu for tomorrow night is another of our "Summer Enchanted Evenings" free history series as well as our Cowboy Buffalo Stew and Tomato Rice soups. The talk for this week Will be all about the Dunraven archeology dig and what progress has been made. Come on out and enjoy complimentary refreshments while gaining Estes Park trivia that you can impress your friends with.

As always, thanks for reading Baldpaters!
