Good Morning From The Baldpate Inn!
First off we would like to thank Jean Weaver for her presentation last night for our Summer Enchanted Evenings. She shared her experiences from living above the tree line and the research she conducted for the National Park. Join us next Wednesday for the presentation “Estes Park Newspaper Digitization Project”.
Who said Christmas only comes once a year!
Come get in to the Christmas spirit at The Baldpate Inn. Today is the start of our Christmas in July celebration. The stockings are hung, the trees are decorated, and Christmas carols are playing. Through out the weekend we will be having Snowball Specials. You will have to stop up to figure out what exactly a Snowball Special is. I have also heard that a few special guests from up north might be making an appearance on tomorrow.
Featured on the Menu today are our Buffalo Stew and Potato Leek. Our specialty muffins of the day are our Lemon Ginger and Zucchini Nut both of which have been featured in Bon Appetit magazine.
