The weather is definitely cooling down so warm up at the Baldpate! The Aspen trees are starting to brighten with some spots of gold! I can't wait until they all dance gold in the wind!
Let our homemade soups warm you up! Today we are having my favorites Red Chili and Chicken and Rice! Muffins today are Orange Almond and Chocolate Mystery. Can you guess what is the mystery ingredient?? I bet you can't! Cornbread and Honey Wheat Bread are always on the menu as well as our variety of cheeses and crackers. Make sure you save room for PIE! Lois' homemade pies are the best.

What better weather is there to enjoy the warmth and coziness of The Baldpate. The ambiance is second to none. Our warm, delicious soups today are White Chili and Corn Chowder, sure to take that shiver right out of you. Our muffins are Oatmeal Blueberry and Zucchini Dill and the specialty salads are Apple Orange Cinnamon, Baldpate Broccoli and Doc's Peachy Keen Salad. A meal you won't soon forget.
Tonight, we have our wonderful Summer Enchanted Evening program. John Meissner will be talking about the history of aviation in Estes Park. It's going to be a great program and you will be able to enjoy it on our brand new, bigger projection screen. And don't forget about the free and delicious cookies and drinks. It's a great time for people of all ages.

It's going to be a great program and you will be able to enjoy it on our brand new, bigger projection screen. And don't forget about the free and delicious cookies and drinks. Morning All!
I hope everyone enjoyed their holiday weekend! It's going to be a great week here at the Baldpate!
Join us for Beef Stew and Tomato Rice. Muffins include Cranberry Nut and Poppy Seed muffins! We have a full salad bar filled with lettuce, spinach, and a fresh variety of salad toppings and dressings. Our breads are all homemade daily which includes our muffins, Cornbread, and Honey Wheat bread as well. Don't forget about pie! Lois' pies are the best! So make sure you save room for a piece of delicious pie!

Good Morning!
Well, if I thought I was getting used to mountain living I woke up for a rude awakening. My fire building has been improving throughout the summer however, this morning not only did I manage to smoke out the lobby, I set the fire alarm off. My confidence in fire building has gone right into flames, along with my pride. But I assure you now the lobby is clear and the fire is toasty and comforting. I promise I won't even touch the fireplace today!

Our muffins today include Zucchini Nut muffins and Triple Cheese muffins as well. Our full salad bar has a great selection of fresh vegetables and salad toppings.
