September 8th-Soups & Muffins

Good Morning!

I hope you all were able to make it out to the Longs Peak Scottish Irish Festival this year; great history, culture, food, entertainment and so much more! The sun is trying to break through the fog on this brisk morning while the squirrels are busy chattering about something amongst the tree tops. Signs of fall are starting to show as some of the Aspen leaves are starting to turn a goldish-yellow not to mention the wheather cooling down.

Come on up to The Baldpate Inn today to warm yourself up by our fire before filling your tummy with a hot bowl of Red Chili or Broccoli Cheese (vegetarian); the two soups our lovely chefs are busy preparing back in the kitchen! For all you lovers of our mouth-watering Baldpate Corn Bread, you are in luck as it is being served alongside our Honey Wheat Bread today! Two muffins sure to tantalize your tastebuds are our Onion Garlic Muffins and our Oatmeal Blues (my favorite-I promise they won't leave you feeling blue)! Our wonderful staff has prepared for your dining pleasure Pistachio, Apple Waldorf, and Herb Tortellini as the specialty salads being featured on the buffet! Remember to save room for a slice of homemade pie-with or without ice cream!

With fall at our doorstep we have adjusted our evening hours-our last seating will be at 7:00pm. Please join us anytime today between 11:30am and 7:00pm to enjoy one-two-three or all of the items featured on our specialty Soup & Salad Buffet today-we'd love to see you! To make a dining reservation please call 970-586-6151 or toll-free 866-577-5397.

You can always find out more about us at www.baldpateinn.com sign-up for our newsletter on the homepage! If you have a key to add to our collection-we'd love to have it!
