Hopefully everyone is doing well on this Friday morning. I'm sure that everyone is excited for the Longs Peak Scottish Irish Highland Festival! It is going to be a very busy weekend here in Estes! We hope you will find some time to join us for lunch or dinner over the weekend.
Today our soups are Buffalo Stew and Corn Chowder along with Peanut Butter and Lemon Blueberry muffins. Top off your meal with a delicious slice of homemade pie for dessert!
