October 8th-Soups & Muffins

Good Morning!

It looks like it is going to be a beautiful day here at The Baldpate Inn! The sun is sending down its golden rays to warm everything in its path while a mountain breeze swiftly goes by taking with it a few of the Apsen leaves only hanging on by an invisible thread.

Back in the kitchen our wonderful chefs are busy preparing two soups to start your tastebuds off right: Red Chili as well as Cream of Mushroom! Have a slice of our homemade Honey Wheat Bread or our mouth-watering Baldpate Corn Bread with either soup. Lemon Ginger Muffins (featured in Bon Appetit) along with Golden Sunshine Muffins are two of our sweet muffins that will be featured on the buffet today! The lovely staff has prepared the specialty salads for the day! Remember to save room for pie-with or without ice cream you cannot go wrong!
