Good Morning!

The sunrise was beautiful this morning as it silhouetted the mountains in front of it! We are having yet another beautiful day here at The Baldpate Inn! A calm mountain breeze is passing by without a sound as the hummingbirds dance peacefully across the vast blue sky surrounding us and the sun gently kisses not only the leaves of the Aspen trees but all that exists.

Come on up and experience this lovely day we are having for yourself! While you are here join us for our Soup & Salad Buffet. Today our fine chefs are busy back in the kitchen preparing Red Chili (featured in our 2008 Legacy Edition Collections cookbook) as well as Garden Vegetable (vegetarian)-one bowl will not be enough! Our Honey Wheat Bread or mouth-watering Baldpate Corn Bread would compliment either soup nicely! Want both but afraid you'll be too full for pie? Share with a dining partner! Fresh out of the oven today are our Triple Cheese Muffins and our Oatmeal Blues (my favorite) to entice your tastebuds! Remember to save room for pie-with or without ice cream-it's a great way to end your meal!
