Today is already shaping up to be beautiful day with the sun breaking through the clouds, kissing everything with its warmth while a slight breeze sends the ever-changing aspen leaves into a ballet. A couple Stellar's Jays have been hanging around the birdfeeder-come on up to catch a glimpse at this beautiful blue bird. The hummingbirds are awaiting your arrival!

Our wonderful chefs are preparing Beef Stew and Pumpkin Curry (don't forget to add a dollop of whip topping) to tantalize your taste buds today! Pair either soup with our tasty homemade Honey Wheat Bread! Today you are in for a treat as we will be serving three kinds of muffins today: our Banana Butterscotch (a staff favorite) along with our delicious Lily's Lemon Blueberry. If you are in the mood for our mouth-watering Baldpate Corn Bread today-it will also be featured on the buffet! Don't forget about our appetizing specialty salads-found in the center of our one-of-a-kind salad buffet! Save room for pie-cherry, rhubarb and chocolate are some of my favorites.
