We are already having a gorgeous day here at The Baldpate Inn! The sunrise was beautiful this morning as it came over Twin Sisters sending its warmth into the valley. Come on up and enjoy with me a cloud-free blue sky while a gentle breeze kisses the aspen leaves and hummingbirds dance amongst our surroundings.

Our lovely chefs are back in the kitchen preparing Red Chili (featured in our 2008 Legacy Edition Collections cookbook) and Broccoli Cheese for your dining delightment! Either of these soups would go perfectly with a slice of our homemade Honey Wheat Bread. In the mood today for our mouth-watering Baldpate Corn Bread-you're in luck! Chocolate Mystery along with Mandarin Orange our the muffins of choice today. Think you know the mystery?! Come on in and take a guess! Our wonderful staff has been busy preparing the specialty salads for the day-don't forget to try them. Remember to save room for a slice of homemade pie-cherry and rhubarb are a couple of my favorites! I finally was able to bribe the chef into telling me the rumored soups for tomorrow: Cowboy Buffalo Stew and Corn Chowder.
